Key information about bringing cheeses for the cheese buffet:

FACE Network members are invited to bring one or more different cheeses for presentation and tasting at the cheese buffet.

We kindly ask you to provide information about:

  • The type(s) of cheese you will bring
  • A short description of each cheese

Cheese Delivery for the Cheese Buffet

  • Each participant should bring approximately 1 kg of each type of cheese and ensure that every cheese is properly labelled.
  • Cheeses will be collected on Monday, 19, in the morning at 8:30, at the meeting point of the Gran Hotel Silken Durango.
  • Participants may also choose to ship their cheeses in advance. In this case, cheeses should arrive during the week of the 12th of October at the following address:
