LANGUAGE
Most lectures and presentations will be conducted in English. However, a small number of talks may be delivered in other languages. For these sessions, simultaneous interpretation will be available via dedicated devices provided to participants.
During the cheese tours, some visits to cheesemakers may also be conducted in the local language. The organising team will do its best to provide on-site translation and support whenever possible. In any case, we are confident that, with everyone’s cooperation, suitable solutions will be found for all participants.

VENUE
The congress will take place in Markina-Xemein, with activities held at different locations throughout the town.
The main venue and central meeting point will be the Markina-Xemein Music School (Musika Eskola), where the technical sessions will take place and where participants will gather during the congress.
Hands-on workshops will be held at the facilities of the Esneki Zentroa, while the Cheese Buffet will take place at the Markina fronton, a traditional local venue.
All locations are within a short distance of each other in Markina-Xemein.

- Full congress (all days)
- Early-bird price: €260 for registrations completed before 31 August.
- Standard fee: 290€
- One-day participation: €170
- Speakers/lecturers and sponsors: no registration fee applies.

- Bus transport from the meeting point in Durango to:
- the cheese tours (Day 1)

- Markina-Xemein (Days 2 and 3)
The price does not include accommodation, transfers for another hotels and everything else that is not part of the program.
